Contract Terms

  1. Description Shanghai Fuya Exhibition Co., Ltd. is the contracting unit for the booth contracts of the "Shanghai International Packaging Film Exhibition" and is responsible for organizing and executing the exhibition, referred to as the Exhibition Organizing Committee. The term 'exhibitor' in these clauses refers to any company, its employees, and agents allocated a booth in the exhibition.

  2. Exhibition Application The exhibitor accepts all terms of this agreement. The application process concludes once the Organizing Committee signs the booth contract with the exhibitor and receives the deposit in the designated account. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse any application.

  3. Allocation and Use of Booths A) The Organizing Committee allocates booths considering the exhibitors' requests, retaining final decision-making authority. B) The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change booth allocation if necessary for the exhibition's purpose and objectives. C) Exhibitors cannot sublet their booth to a third party or use a name inconsistent with the contract's signatory name without prior written consent from the exhibition organizers. D) Exhibitors cannot participate without paying all booth fees. E) Non-payment within the agreement period is considered automatic withdrawal.

  4. Transportation of Exhibits A) Exhibitors are responsible for all costs of transporting exhibits to their booths. B) Exhibitors must arrange storage of their exhibits before, during, and after the exhibition.

  5. Change of Exhibition Dates and Venue The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the dates and venue due to external factors, notifying exhibitors one month in advance. The agreement remains valid.

  6. Force Majeure If the Organizing Committee determines that the exhibition site, exhibition, and preparatory work are severely disrupted, hindered, or terminated due to irresistible external conditions (such as war, natural disasters, etc.), the exhibition will be cancelled or postponed without any liability or refund obligation to the exhibitors.

  7. Necessary Safety Measures A) The Organizing Committee will take necessary comprehensive safety measures, but is not responsible for the loss, damage of exhibits or other properties, or personal injuries before, during, or after the exhibition. Exhibitors with valuable items needing overnight storage should insure them or hire special guard services at their own expense. Assistance can be sought from the Organizing Committee. B) During the exhibition, exhibits should not be removed from the venue except in special circumstances. Exhibitors officially leaving must show an exit pass issued by the Organizing Committee to security for inspection before taking exhibits out. C) To ensure exhibit safety, booth personnel should wait for security clearance before leaving each day after the exhibition closes. D) Exhibitors cannot withdraw midway for any reason during the exhibition, or the Organizing Committee may impose a fine. E) Exhibitors guarantee that they, their company members, or agents do not violate laws and regulations and do not harm third-party interests.

  8. Fire Prevention and Other Rules All exhibits, materials, and attachments must take standard fire prevention measures and comply with fire regulations and building codes. Exhibitors' displays should not obstruct other exhibitors' views and must be approved by the Organizing Committee or agreed upon by other exhibitors. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to correct or prevent improper display behavior.

  9. Exhibition Venue and Property Exhibitors must ensure that the exhibition venue and property are not damaged. If damage occurs, exhibitors must compensate the Organizing Committee and the venue.

  10. Additional Clauses A) The Organizing Committee reserves the right to refuse anyone's entry into the exhibition site for the overall benefit of the exhibition. B) The organizer reserves the right to issue additional clauses to enrich this agreement and ensure orderly management of the exhibition. All additional clauses are part of this agreement.

  11. Venue Rules Exhibitors must adhere to the exhibition hall's regulations. Non-compliance will be considered a breach of this agreement.

  12. Venue Regulations Exhibitors can only distribute catalogs and other materials within their booth area and cannot distribute promotional materials in public areas of the venue or hang or post advertisements in public areas without permission from the Organizing Committee.

  13. Interpretation The Organizing Committee has the right to interpret this contract and agreement.
